Statler Stitcher™ Models

The Statler Stitcher™ is a computer software program combined with hardware which will operate a longarm quilting machine and can stitch almost any design. A Gammill® machine equipped with Statler Stitcher™ can handle an intricately patterned king-size quilt in a matter of hours instead of days, and is guided by the computer instead of by hand. The system can determine the pattern size, block size, stitches per inch, repetitions of the pattern and the offset of the pattern.

Standard Machines

• The Premier is an intermediate size quilting machine with several of the features found in the deluxe line.


• The Homecraft is a standard industrial size sewing head which has been modified and adapted for quilting.

The size of the machine needed is determined by the volume and type of quilting to be done - quilts, bedspreads and/or comforters. The Model numbers indicate the size of the machine's throat in inches. For example, 26 inches by 10 inches on the Classic. The larger the machine's throat size, the greater the pattern size, batting thickness, and size of the quilt or bedspread.

Long Arm Machine Stand

All are constructed of 100% steel and feature a truss design for strength and durability. Stands are either 12 or 14 feet in length, depending on style. Custom lengths are also available.

As with the quilting machine, the volume and style of quilting to be done determines the appropriate stand type and size.
